Disclaimer: Yes, I know this post is a month and a half late. I've had it typed up for awhile, I just never got around to posting it. So here it is, so I can remember what she was like at 4 months.

Our litte Sadie Mae is 4 months old! I can’t believe how fast these months have gone by! (Even though the days often drag! Hehe). She weighs 12 lbs 5 oz. and is 24 inches long. She is such a happy, social baby and gives smiles and coos to everyone, even the doctor! SO different than Abbie at this age! Sadie LOVES to talk and is constantly babbling, gurgling, cooing, and screaming (happy screaming most of the time). We finally moved her into her own room and she is now sleeping well in her crib. She still usually wakes up twice in the night to be fed. She is a very considerate little girl and gave me presents for both Mother’s Day and my birthday by skipping one of her night feeds on those nights! She rolled from back to belly at about 3 ½ months and from belly to back right at 4 months. We have tried some baby oatmeal, and she seems to like it, but we’re taking our time with solids. She still has LOTS of hair, but is now starting to get the lovely bald spot in the back! She spits up and drools constantly, so she gets to wear several outfits a day. She’s been giving us a hard time with naps and will rarely sleep more than 45 minutes and usually only 20 minutes at a time. Hopefully this is a phase that will end soon! We love our happy little baby and are so glad she’s a part of our family!
